Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We can not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, but do our best to provide complete product descriptions and are happy to answer any questions prior to purchase. Our goal is to insure you are aware of an items attributes before making a purchase, so please feel free to reach out during lives or through our contact link if we can assist you. To eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase should also be included. To start a return, you can contact us within the time-frame noted above, at service@poshturefinds.com .
If your return is accepted, a return authorization will be sent to you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at service@poshturefinds.com.
Damages and issues
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the concern and work to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom/made to order products (such as non-stocked, special orders or personalized items), and personal items such as undergarments or bathing suits. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to the limitations of certain inventory items, there will be some items that are ineligible for exchange. In those cases, a store credit may be offered instead.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
